Hear me out: I initially read some negative feedback claiming this hotel was too strict, outdated, and unaccommodating. However, that wasn’t my experience at all! The location is very strategic—perfect for strolling around Cebu's must-visit spots day or night. While the décor has a vintage feel, it’s incredibly cozy and homey. The front desk staff was helpful and assisted us throughout our entire stay. As for the 'strictness' regarding outside food, it’s understandable since they have an in-house restaurant. Overall, I had a superb short stay here!

The only thing you might complain about is that the hotel needs a facelift, upgrade, paint, etc. the staff was super nice. with some new furniture and paint it could be a 4 star hotel I like eni have a good time there .

Vintage style of the hotel is really giving. Elevator are well lighted. Restaurant at the ground floor is really convenient and bar on top floor gives life. Rooms are clean and neat, however the air-conditioning takes time to cool the room.

I had an excellent stay at Palm Grass! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in. Housekeeping kept the room spotless every day, and the restaurant staff were attentive and always greeted me with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests’ experience, but everyone here went above and beyond. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where hospitality truly shines. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is great if you plan to have city tour as this hotel is near famous landmarks like Sto Niño Church, Yap-Sandiego hotel and many more. Basically you are at the center of cebu city.

Superb, why? because the entire hotel management, all of the hotel staff are professionals-beyond compare to some other hotels. So grateful. Will surely stay there again not only with my kids, hoping with some friends or family-friends. For their food in breakfast are also good and you can try their menu-scrumptious.hoping that next time we can try the other things that hotel can offer such their massage, and to their rooftop views (some sort of fun ) 💐💐💐💐
