We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. It provided plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Nhat, who went above and beyond when I became ill with a fever. He kindly helped purchase medicine for me, showing genuine care and concern that I will never forget. The outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and kindness of the staff made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you, Nhat and the entire team, for your excellent hospitality! ❤️🏨✨
