We stayed at Japamala Resort for our honeymoon, and overall it was a beautiful and memorable experience. The resort is peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature — perfect for couples. Our villa was lovely, and the atmosphere was very romantic. The staff and service were outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made our stay even more special. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our time there. One area for improvement would be the food. While the quality was good, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. It would also be nice to see more Malaysian cuisine options, such as fried rice or mee goreng. Kind reminder to future guests that private transfers are chargeable, which is understandable. Overall, we had a wonderful honeymoon and would recommend Japamala to couples looking for a serene and romantic getaway with excellent service.

Its an extraordinary stay. Their hospitality was so good. A great place for couples to have some alone time. The food was delicious and the rooms were so clean. The staffs made sure we are having good time and comfortable. Once reach Kg Genting, the speedboat was already waiting to pick us up. All over the best stay. Definitely will go again.
