Solo stay

Staff was amazing!!! Friendly and very helpful at organizing a fantastic dinner on the beach at Charlina’s !! Also helped at organizing a tour around the area of Akrotiri. The bar/pool area is beautiful to sit out and enjoy especially at sunset!

We loved our stay. We took a tour around the island and we both agreed our view was the best. Had a personal tour guide to show us around the island and he was great but definitely pick your time wisely and pay in advance. We added more time to our tour and when we got back they would not let us charge it. We had to use the ATM on site and pay cash. 4 hours is enough time for this tour and the wine tasting at the end was amazing. NATALIA is the best bartender. Her cocktails are amazing and shes wonderful. Would definitely return to this place.

There was a lovely lady at the reception who greeted us with orange juice and provided all the important information we needed about Santorini. She looked after us well, we had the best room in the hotel and it was fabulous with the amazing view. They suggested dinner at Charlina with free transport, they treated us like royalty. Gave amazing food with a complimentary dessert and wine. The breakfast was nice with the amazing caldera view. Location was not in the busy place. Everything was phenomenal at this hotel. We were looked after really well. I would suggest to my friends and family to visit this wonderful hotel. Thank you Receptionist Letica you looked after us really well. George, you were amazing too. We loved you as our driver who took us everywhere and gave us important information. We had a relaxing, beautiful and romantic trip.

Great
The female who checked us in tried to offer us a basic room and only after much objection did we get something similar to what we paid for and booked so we were not happy but accepted as we didnt want to spoil our holiday. This female continued to be a problem so we blocked her, everyone else in the hotel were wonderful from the General Manager down to the Cleaning team. Sadly lots of the facilities were closed as they were not set up for the season and nothing is a walk away. We did have pretty decent breakfasts each day and Eri in the restaurant is very helpful but we were the only guests for dinner when we booked and the Sky was not always open The location is lovely and the views incredible. The General Manager needs a special mention, he's a real asset and always with a smile.
