Below average I overlooked check-in time at the time of booking which was at 6pm, kinda late. Was charged ₩30,000 for an early check-in. Room next to our room had a man and woman fighting loud at 3am. Room smelled like cigarette smoke that kept me and the husband sneezing all night as we are allergy prone. Amenity packet given to us had an open toothpaste. Receptionist was grumpy. We are always given 2 hotel card keys at any hotel but the Head One receptionist refused to give an extra one for my husband.Would not recommend for a female solo traveller. Cheap hotel and location was across the train station but...

Premium room was spacious. Nearby big market and lot of shopping and food options. The bed mattress was hard and cleaning could be further improved.
