A security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The same card should be presented upon arrival to settle the SGD 200.The property does not accept cash. All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amenable. Should you fail to check in by 12PM one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable Boat Quay is a popular and bustling area with many restaurants and bars in the vicinity which operate into the night. Guests may experience some street noise. Light sleepers are advised to reconsider the neighbourhood’s street noise prior to making a reservation. Complimentary housekeeping is provided once every 7 nights. No housekeeping is provided for stays of 6 nights or less. Guest must upload a passport when completing the pre-arrival registration form required for check-in. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property offers an Apple TV or Smart TV. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. We don’t provide extra beds for all room types. Heritage Collection on Boat Quay SOUTH BRIDGE WING is situated along the bustling street of Boat Quay, close to several dining options, bars, and nightspots. The guest rooms have been customized and equipped with double windows to minimize street noise. Guests may still experience some street noise in the room, and this may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise. Noise coming from the bars varies depending on their operating hours.
