I liked the overall atmosphere, it's quite and nice; however, there are several areas that could be improved. First, we pre-ordered our breakfast since we had an early tour scheduled, but by almost 7 AM, our food was still not ready. Second, the toilet bowl had visible yellow stains, which was quite disappointing. Lastly, there was no comforter provided, even though the air conditioning was very cold.

We enjoyed the stay, the aircondition is working properly, the food was good also and the pool is clean. There are just some part of the room that aren’t clean as some parts and the TV don’t know if its working

I had an amazing stay at Acacia Tree Garden Hotel in Palawan! The entire staff provided excellent service, very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The atmosphere and garden-style surroundings made the view superb and relaxing. Definitely great value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palawan! 🌴✨

The space, aesthetic, and location were all good considering my purpose. However, they have to improve on cleaning, particularly on dusting since my allergy rhinitis is triggered when I am there. The bathrrom flooring has residue sthat make it slippery. Improve water pressure as well .
