lifts are terrible. long waits at peak times or even other times. breakfast lounge is far from hotel, you have to go out of the tower, walk under the sun and then get to the next door tower. access to the haram is great

Good
I stayed here 3-4 times this year I didn’t had a good experience, they gave me a room in tower 3 which was over crowded that results in waiting for 10-20mins to get on the elevator. The only reason I stayed this is get it in and out quickly but this year had a very bad experience.

Fantastic

Stayed with family

We had a wonderful family stay at Makkah Towers. The location is the best—just steps away from Masjid Al-Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. We highly recommend Makkah Towers and would gladly stay here again.

The location of the hotel is Excellent. The rooms and hotel is very outdated. I don't how this is being passed through as a 4 star hotel, unbelievable. The supervisor at the hotel reception is so rude and impolite he clearly needs to be trained again to do his job. A real attitude problem. The other staff at the hotel were good. It just clearly goes to show that one member of the team can drag the reputauion of the business to 0 stars.
