hotel location: The resort is 5 mins away from Roxas Airport and is infront of Baybay Beach so it’s an ideal location for great food spots and easy access to the airport. cleanliness: The room is neat and cold upon check-in. The bathroom has no foul odor and is clean. breakfast: Buffet was decent. I expected the food to be offerred as what the menu says in front of Cafe Felisa but sadly it was limited considering the number of guests.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — definitely a plus. However, there was no hot water, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing and not really worth it. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.

It’s my 3rd time to have an overnight stay in this resort. Previous experience was great, we even had a buffet breakfast. This time, i booked a standard superior room. The room is not that big, the bathroom is also small. It was my first time also to swim in their swimming pool - not so clean and needs regular maintenance/cleaning.
