This is very recommended. Near Robertos and Calle Real. Also near the jeepney and tricycle for commute experience. The food for breakfast is also good and the staffs were all accomodating and approachable. The room is nice and clean, complete with toiletries and the TV is smart TV. Very recommended for someone visiting Iloilo.

The building shows signs of age but it still has complete amenities offered. The breakfast is well served. There is a water dispenser in the hallway and also a vending machine in the lobby. The staff are very attentive and approachable.

The staff are very welcoming and handles check-in very smoothly. The rooms are spacious and has amenities /toiletries. The AC works fine, the shower temperature needs a little bit of repair. The location is very accessible and is within the city centre.

Very clean and spacious room. Great location (not so noisy and busy streets). It is a 5 minute walk to the JM Basa St. Im so thankful I booked here.

Location is very convenient, near public transpo and malls. They have designated area where you can leave your luggage in case you arrive ealy or if you plan to leave the hotel earlier than your check out time to roam around.

Everything is fine except that some stuffs are old. I requested for a replacement of the electric kettle for it has rust inside but the replacement also has rust on it. Its a little dark too, the lobby, hallway but its clean. The guard on duty was very helpful. Very fast check in and check out process. Overall, its good and could provide a good sleep.
