A security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The same card should be presented upon arrival to settle the SGD 200. The property does not accept cash. All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amenable. Should you fail to check in by 12PM one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable Apartments are allocated based on the availability upon check-in. Guests must present passport upon check-in as a proof of identity Housekeeping is done every 8 days. Some apartments allocated to guests are equipped with skylight windows instead of windows on the side. The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The property offers an Apple TV and Cable TV box connected to the TV. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
