The hotel is centrally located and very close to Da Nang Airport, making it easy to visit Han Market, Son Tra Night Market, My Khe Beach, and other attractions.
Overall, we had a great stay. However, on our second night, someone seemed to be trying to access our room. We immediately reported the incident to the staff on duty, but we did not receive any update or follow-up, so we were unsure if it was reported to the hotel manager. This made us feel uneasy for the rest of the night.
We also wish the hotel had informed guests during check-in about the 60,000 VND charge for accidentally staining towels or linens, as we only learned about it later.
Despite these concerns, we still enjoyed our stay. If we visit Da Nang again, we would gladly stay here. The bellboys were always prompt, friendly, polite, and very hospitable, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is good. There is a nearby coffee shop, ATM machines and restaurants. All the staff are very helpful, kind, and courteous. It was raining when I arrived. They gave me us umbrellas and helped us carry our luggages. They provided us good service. Special thanks to Hue, Toi, Khanh, Nghia! :-)
