FantasticStayed with family · For leisure
The owner Prithvi and his staff were very attentive and caring. The rooms were modern in amenities but still maintaining a rustic feel. Food was exceptional and the nightly cultural entertainment was very authentic. Sunrise, sunset and night sky viewing was a treat.

We choose this desert camp because of it’s size, with only 10 tents, which provided a wonderful stay as it felt small and intimate.
The owner and staff were lovely, and the owner is working hard on their eco friendliness both in camo and the surrounding lands.
Evening entertainment was provided, which was wonderful, along with a large fire pit and sand dune activities for those who wanted them.
The camo had several swing seats, outdoor seating and a veranda with seating. As well as a platform to view the stars in the night, excellent star gazing.
The only negative was that dinner was not until 9pm!!! Which was too late for us to eat They did provide snacks during the entertainment and offered us lunch when we arrived.

Authentic rustic experience!!!
Excellent customer service. Only 10 tents, unlike many others that look like army barracks. Good food, clean facilities. Book it.

This property was remote and secluded, making it a quiet retreat. Since it is so remote, getting to it was challenging, but once you are here it is a little slice of an desert oasis to get away from the noise of the city. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. You can sign up for extra excursions if you like. The entertainment was incredible and very talented. I really enjoyed my stay here.

If you are looking for quiet and peaceful camp then this is the spot! Awesome hospitality and service. Camp showcase Rajasthani tradition and culture very well unlike other commercial camps. Worth for value!!

Fantastic My family had a great stay at Damodra. The staff were great, and everyone from my seven year old son to my in-laws enjoyed the accommodations (more comfortable beds than some of the 5 star hotels we also stayed in on this trip!), the food, the entertainment (I typically have pretty low expectations for the quality of shows at hotels, but the music and dancing was truly extremely good), and the camel ride (the wranglers of camels Rocket, Magu, and Michael were very accommodating, especially with letting my son get a solo ride and ‘steer’ himself). Highly recommend!

Fantastic Nice Camp, friendly staff, great location. Make sure to add another $30 to the cost for ride to and back from the camp. This isn't very clear.
