i was so panic at first, the property never reply my text and call. after I complained to Klook, in the afternoon above 2pm they drop me message with different no. i almost cancel the booking, and requested to klook actually. After connected with property, we finally can check in. FYI, this is apartment instead of hotel, the security don't know anything if you have transaction with the owner/property. You need to manage to call yourself with the properry. The room is very big and nice! but so sad, I can't stay longer. My suggest is only, please update your phone no. if you phone no. has changed. You can imagine how confused the tourist to contact you.
