If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in Chinatown that’s not a hostel then this hotel is for you. [Hotel location]: very near Maxwell station exit 3 and Maxwell food centre. Very near bars and restaurants and a 7 eleven near the block. [Cleanliness]: I got a room with now windows. The room smells like cigarettes. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable and are changed everyday. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower but no divider. The toilet has a bidet which has good water pressure. The shower is hot and cold. [Service]: The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can leave your bags at the hotel after check out. The room is also cleaned while you’re away which is good. Overall the hotel is nice if you’re just looking for the somewhere to sleep but the facilities could be improved.

Great hotel. Good price. bathroom adequate. Good hot water. window. staff are really lovely. super helpful. would stay again. location is great. I'm sure some people might think the bathroom is basic. but for the price this is truly great value

Great experience. I stayed here twice a few days apart. the staff kept my bags in storage and even put them into my room before I arrived. The location is great. shower hot and powerful. Yes the shower room might be a little basic compared to a fancy hotel. but it does what it needs to and for this price is really fantastic! would gladly stay here again.

Overall a good place to stay in especially for its price. The hotel is situated near a total of 4 MRT stations (Outram Park, Chinatown, and Maxwell) so it is convenient. Also near hawker centres (that had really great food). However, the pillowcases, bedding, and towels were a bit stained. They're likely clean (warm from laundry) but stained nonetheless. During our stay, I was woken up a few times in the middle of the night (1-3am or 6-8am) by other guests loudly talking in the hallway, so soundproofing could improve. They housekeep the rooms daily which is good. The water is warm, and there is free shampoo/soap. The AC can also be left on even if you leave the room, so the room is cold even when you return. Staff is kind and let us check in early (11am). The view from the [small] window is cute (see photo). You also get free milk tea and coffee daily (1 sachet of each per day).

I booked it because it's a walking distance to where i am supposed to go. The time i went back to take a rest i was asked for my room number and name. Im already holding my key and showing it. I don't know, i feel offended.

The hotel is strategically located near MRT stations and hawkers. The neighborhood is aesthetically pleasing. The staff are corteous and welcoming. I just hope they clean more.

Went here right just before covid hits for 5 nights. The staffs were friendly, and we got a pretty good deal for a twin room with a huge window with a view of the structure across the street but pretty much a beautiful sky. The place was clean and they took care of our belongings respectfully. I hope they'll continue this level of service or even make it better in the future.
