This hotel is very meritorious when it comes to sensitive topics. I chose this hotel because I wanted to experience Sogo in a different place, especially here in CDO City during my booking dates. It was a busy period since it was the fiesta of CDO. However, I found the staff very friendly, thoughtful, and courteous. The cleanliness is above average, and I loved the food. The food is very delicious and excellent; I enjoyed it that much.
The hotel's location is quite far from the city center. However, it is very accessible when you want to go out. You can easily hail a taxi or book one via an app, as it is located along the highway. This hotel is very stunning because it has its red building and red logo. It is very famous. However, they need to improve the building itself, as there is ongoing construction.

What was I love is the location because it's along the highway and is nearby almost all shopping malls in the city. Room was so dark. Only 1 light and 2 dim light on besides but 1 light is busted and it's not working which causes more dark.

Whenever I'll be out of town I always choose to stay in sogo hotel which the only hotel I trusted when it comes to safety, sanitized and there branches every place in any location which is always along the highway. In Sogo cagayan we stay at room 417, Room was so dark, there is only 1 light and 2 dim light each side of the bed which is other dim light is not working due to burnt bulb. I also observed that upon our arrival in sogo manila I usually got help with staffs in bringing our baggages up to our reserve room but in sogo cagayan we bring all out stuffs on our own to our room without assistance/help. Front receptions are courteous and friendly, they provide our free water bottle and toiletries accordinglybase on how many days we've stay, and I love it. I wish they will also provide hot water or kettle in the room. I'll try to stay again at sogo hotel on other places such cebu, and other places in there branches.

hotel location: just along the national highway if you’re passing through Cagayan De Oro City. A nearby Malls are within the hotel visibility. With a very friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel to CDO.
