GreatSolo stay
Good: 1. Very clean and functional room. Good bed. (I have back problems, so I am keenly aware of bed issues...) 2. Good beer on tap (more selection would be welcoming...) with a great view of the Copenhagen City Hall.
Bad: 1. As a first time visitor, it was impossible to find the hotel. The hotel sign was, for all intents and purposes, hidden. I drove several times around the block and eventually had to park the car (which was an adventure of its own...) and find the hotel on foot. A better signage is really a necessity. 2. Also, again, as a first time visitor, the underground parking charge was astronomical. Hotel customers should really get a deal of sorts. 3. I have food allergies. I found that there was basically no options for me to eat there. 4. It should be made clear to the customers that the reception is on the 7th floor. Again, it almost felt like someone took some steps to hide the fact that there is a hotel in that location. The entrance at the first floor looks nothing like a hotel entrance. 5. The checking in process is very odd as you are expected to check yourself into a tablet, but someone has to walk you through all the steps. Same for the check out process. Either make the process simpler or just be done with it and let the staff do the work.

GreatStayed with family
Everything was great. However, the only comment I wanted to make was the room was small which couldn’t accommodate 2 medium size luggages that I and my wife had.

Below averageStayed with partner

GoodStayed with partner
citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen was a decent place to stay.
The entire aesthetic of the place is just an overwhelming "hello fellow kids" motif. That was a bit nauseating, but not really a major issue.
The rooms are very small, and they talk about level 7 being your "Living Room", with a restaurant as well as a shared space to do work, like a co-working space.
This is just a lie. Level 7 is a restaurant. I went up to level 7 with a snack from the 7 Eleven next door to do some reading and got told that I could not have food or beverages from other places up there. That is not how co-working spaces work, that is how restaurants work. It was dead anyway when I was up there, and I wasn't seated at a restaurant table, I was at the long study tables. The whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth as I had to return to my tiny room to eat some snacks.
The fridge in our room also didn't work, that wasn't a big deal for me due to the nature of my stay but it was a bit annoying.
The iPad controlling everything, including overriding the TV remote, was also a bit excessive.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and was located in a convenient area of town close to many of the sites and the central train station.

We loved this hotel. Very modern with great tech like chromecast on the TV and blinds powered by switch or ipad.
The location can’t be beat, next to the Tivoli Gardens (you must go at night as see the lights), and a main square and shopping.
We took a bus from our cruise ship to a train and then the metro train to the square.
The airport train was just minutes away and everything was easy with Google Maps.

A very different hotel to what we in North America are used too. The room is TINY. The bed is tucked into an opening where you cannot walk up the side of bed to get in. You must crawl from the bottom. Not fun in middle of night if you have to get up. A lot of fancy technology in room too. Hard to turn on bathroom light separately.
The best thing about this hotel was location. Walking distance to city hall, palaces and waterfront.
Staff is wonderful. Price okay.
