Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. The breakfast area was pristine, not a finger mark on the toaster and choice was great. Staff generally were lovely and we would always come back! STROMMA HOHO bus stops right out front, close to railway stations and waterfront for sundowners. 🙏

Stayed with kids

Fire alarm rang twice in just one night which was horrible for families with very young kids. Not as fancy as a 4-star hotel. Pool is good! Would only consider it again if good prices are offered.

Nice and clean hotel. The room was decent size. Somewhat easily accessible to tourist attractions. Bathroom was a bit strange. Starting with see through door. The bathtub was high too; I’m 5 ft 3 so I struggled to get in and out. Not sure why they asked us if we wanted 2 separate beds when they ended up giving us a double bed anyway. Also the wording for Expedia VIP discount is strange. It sounded like discount was given to the selected restaurants during the duration of stay. Also we had to ask for the discount code.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The decor was very modern and very unique for a hotel. Loved the decor! Staff very helpful, especially Siva … what a gem … good person for customer service indeed … most staff helpful and cordial. They only clean and refresh coffee amenities upon request. That was a drawback for me. Also, room coffee was aweful.

The Tivoli Hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very good and their Sushi Restaurant/Bar is very nice. and has beautiful views since it is on the top floor. The two draw backs were the room was not available by 3:00 pm, even though we arrived early and let them know we were already there. We were told they could not rush the order in which the rooms were cleaned. Second, the AC in the room was not cooling. It was too warm in the room. The staff was friendly and tried their best to help when asked.
