We had an overnight stay here, and it was our first time visiting. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing experience. The place has a nostalgic feel that reminded us of the old Portofino Resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious, clean, and worth the price. A few things could still be improved—the faucet water was a little cloudy, the aircon was noisy, television has limited channels and some areas were still under renovation and needed more cleaning. The beachfront has nice white sand but could be cleaner, and only one pool was operational during our stay. The restaurant food was really good and satisfying, we enjoyed our breakfast but ala carte foods are bit pricey. What we enjoyed most was the quiet and uncrowded atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxing. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly and peaceful place for a family getaway, and with a little more maintenance and upgrades, it could be even better.

It was a nice facility and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was nice and we slept well.

Peaceful and relaxing place. However, I suggest checking each room to make sure the bathtubs are functioning properly. In our room, the bathtub drain cover was missing, so we were unable to use the bathtub. Also, the bed sheet had visible stains and should be replaced.

I had a wonderful experience at Pacific Cebu Resort. The place has a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach views, and a nice pool area that is perfect for unwinding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also delicious and satisfying. It’s a great place to spend quality time with family, friends, or loved ones. Overall, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend Pacific Cebu Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cebu.

The staff are very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast was also fulfilling as it was a buffet and thye have a lot of foods to choose from.

there are garbage and smell near the infinity pool, fix the rooms, and clean it better. our aircon has a tape.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and escaping the busy routine. We had so much fun creating great memories and truly enjoyed unwinding with friends. The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We booked three rooms to celebrate our younger brother's birthday, and overall we had a great stay! The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. That said, there were a couple of things that kept the experience from being excellent. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, especially for the ₱600 per person price. There weren't many breakfast options. It was mostly dishes like chicken curry and pork adobo, so it didn't really feel worth the cost. We've stayed here before when the hotel had just recently opened, and unfortunately it seems like maintenance isn't as much of a priority anymore. The rooms were still clean, but the property overall looked a bit worn and dated compared to our previous visit. Still, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time celebrating as a family. With a few improvements, this place could easily be one of our favorites again.
