Good

Solo stay

Washed out, jaded rooms that have old infrastructure. Bathrooms are really old. Staff is courteous and compensate for the poor room design and old look. Infrastructure not upto ITC standard. Again, helpful staff at check-in, IT support for Internet, housekeeping and chefs & waiting staff live upto ITC standard and make living in old rooms bearable. Property needs to be renovated.

Stay was terrible. Food was terrible and not edible. All the amenities in the room were very old like 25-30 years old.
