wonderful super clean hotel, a perfect location, perfect big room on a high level with a big window viewing the ddp area. Only had a breakfast on the last day, not the best breakfast not sure it’s worth it

The place is so clean, safe and food is good. It is walking distance to Dotonbori. Close to other stores and restaurants. The staff also speak English and well groomed. The place is good for one or two traveler since rooms are small (which should be expected when in Japan hotels). I love this place and definitely coming back.

Second time staying, loved the location - train station is right outside hotel, take exit 4 (with lift). And airport limo bus is also right outside. Room is clean and nice, toilet is big. Recept are all friendly too. Will return again.

Unbeatable location. Hotel entrance is right outside Exit 4 DDP station. Airport bus also at doorstep. Lots of malls and food in the area. There's little interaction with hotel staff since the check-in/checkout are done at the kiosks. Room is spacious and clean but space could have been better utilised. Price is on the high side but if you don't mind paying for the location this is fine.

We love this hotel. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable at a reasonable price for 3 people. Very near to the subway station. Take exit 4 up the escalator and your hotel is right in front of you. we will stay here again. staff is nice and friendly and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. yums!
