We had a good stay at the Ramada. Our room was plainly decorated but clean. We had a problem with a leaky shower but were offered another room as soon as was possible. The pool area was very clean, warm, and comfortable. There were a variety of hot and cold food choices for breakfast. Overall the service and hotel were very satisfactory. We were not within walking distance but a very short drive to many local attractions. We would stay here again!

Initial checkout was worst in our experience, that staffs behaved in a disbelief as if we haven't booked the hotel. And the hospitality was very poor. Never again Ramada.

Room was not 5 stars-see pics. Staff was unable to answer questions about tours, no concierge service available. Food selections were abundant. Staff unclear about continuation of stay after end of tour even though the issue had been addressed upon arrival.
