you can easily locate it, and around 5-10 min walk from MRT station only. very convenient that 7-11 is location just beside the building, and I was able to check-in early around 11 am.

Stayed 2 nights in March 2025. Actually a very nice and affordable stay right next to Silom! Rooms are small but very clean, and the cleaners did a great job the following day too. There is nothing extra provided but there is a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Less than 10 minute walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station or to central Silom. And the bed was comfy and aircon working great. Will book again :)
