on 1st, reception service are slow when going for check-in. 2nd, take bath no water supply on night abt 4hrs frm 9pm-12am due to technical issue. other then that overall is satisfying... n tq also klook help to communicate with the hotel person in charge to solve the problem... tq klook.

Had a great experience with this hotel. Staff is friendly every question answered nicely. The toilet is clean. The bed is comfy. Breakfast variety and taste good. Location is great i choose sea view and it was beautiful. Have a convenient store located at ground floor very helpful for our family.
