unable to check in via the machine, have to check in via the front counter. the front counter wait for almost 2 hours even though the Queue was under the Priority Section. I was asked to paid RM26 for the Tourism Tax but it was already included during my booking via klook.

The waiting time to check in was an hour and a half. this is the only downside. Other than this, we are satisfied with the location of the hotel, very central and close to everywhere.
