We had a wonderful stay here at Hotel Classic! Our stay was made even better by Ms. Heidee, who assisted us with our check-in smoothly and promptly. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we had absolutely no issues throughout our stay. The staff were all very professional and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants, grocery stores, and bus/MRT stops nearby. Our checkout was just as smooth and hassle-free as our check-in, thanks to Ms. Zigang. Most importantly, we felt very comfortable during our stay, especially the kids. ❤️ We’ll definitely book here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here. 🥰

This was the first time I stayed in this hotel room. My second stay here, which was about two weeks after this booking, was a better experience. For my first stay, I had booked a queen-size room. However, the room felt very small. Although it was a queen-size bed, the room definitely felt smaller. In contrast, for my second stay, I had the same booking for the Superior Queen Room and had a much bigger room. There is some inconsistency there.
