we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Lucas, their customer relation officer is easily contact and provided us 1 extra room since there was a changes on our arrival time. Front desk officers also being helpful as they recommend restau and provided us assistance in pharmacy. hotel itself is very homey and clean. breakfast is adequate have many varieties. hotel is located in a very busy street but we didnt hear any noise on our rooms. many food choices around the area. this is also near the hokiem lake. we are very happy with out stay on this hotel.

The location is very nice because it is accessible to tours and pick-up by the sleeper bus going to Sapa. We definitely loved our stay here and will surely book again.
