Staff are very warm, friendly and ready to assist. Rooms are a bit small but clean and tidy. Good for quick errand stays. We ordered food at midnight and it was served very quick. Thank you !!

for someone who had to do quick errands within the area and meet up with people, this is a convenient option. it is (1) close to the mall (Gateway, SM, Shopwise, Farmers Market) just need to cross either thru the mrt platform or the overpass, (2) close to mrt/lrt, (3) never going hungry as there is an inhouse restaurant or buying outside food is available, (4) easy pin for Grab, Joyride, (5) staff is accommodating. i always go solo, so the room is good enough for me. pillows were big and too hard for me (had neck pains in the morning), blanket was just okay (like the travel type blanket), ac is old and really cold (couldn't adjust the one in my room), wifi is available upon check in, tv signal is blurry but streaming services is available just need to link your own account. the usual amenities are there and refilled/replaced daily: water bottles (2), bath towels (2), slippers (4 pairs: 2 rubber ones, 2 bedroom ones), toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue, soap, hangers (2), trash bins.

The staff is very accommodating and kind. Also, I like how clean and cozy their rooms are. I will book again in this hotel in my next trip.

Great location and the staff are all friendly. The rooms are clean as well, with complementary water, soap, toothbrush, slipper and tissue. Highly recommended to stay, especially if you are attending an event in araneta cubao. It is also a few steps away from MRT cubao and easy to travel around Manila.

Staffs were accomodating. The room had enough space and was also clean. This hotel is also accessible to MRT station which made me choose this one.

Experience was goood. Staff are polite. Only problem is the location.
