The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia Customer Service confirmed that we had All Inclusive and partially reimbursed us, which was great. However, the staff and manageress's attitude and customer skills were outrageously bad or non-existent should I say. Instead of mitigating the issue in some manner, the manageress was quite argumentative and outright rude. My advice to all customers is, please avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not deserve your attention and money.

It’s definetely not a 4 star hotel. Price was low and so were the conditions. Ultra all inclusive is a scam, just 2 imported alcohol drinks, the others were local. If you want a 3 star hotel with all inclusive, than it’s fine. Rooms were large and clean.

Mukava reissu pojan kanssa. Pidimme hotellista. Suomen hotelli tasolla ehkä enemmän kolmen kuin neljän tähden. Aina löytyi sopivaa ja maittavaa ruokaa. Henkilökunta oikein ystävällistä, poika tarvitsi cp vamman vuoksi huoneen läheltä hissiä ja tämäkin onnistui loistavasti! Sesongin ulkopuolella matkustettiin eli hinta hyvin edullinen koko viikolta syömisineen. Onnistunut matka! Kiitos Hotel Atlas onnistuneesta Bulgarian matkasta. Lovely trip! Thank you Hotel Atlas for your friendly Service. We had nice trip to Bulgary and biggest thanks goes to your hotel. You services to us was warm and kind. Thank you to answering our reguest to get a room close to elevator. It helped my son who has cp-disorder. Food was good. Only thing was that I missed was having more coffee. In Finland we drink it a lot. But I guess it was my fault because my English speak is not so good :D

The hotel location is far from the beach, uphill. If you go there especially for the beach, better choose another hotel. The price is good, but they earn extra money from other services that are not included. They do own their private beach, with chairs, but the chairs must be rented daily, for extra cash. Internet is available only in the reception area. If you want it in your room, you have to pay. Also for the safe. The major disappointment was the parking lot. They said they have a free parking, but this parking can accommodate maximum 15 cars. The rest must be parked in a private parking downhill, with extra money per day (at other parking lots the price is lower, but I think they have a business with this one). The room was big an clean (family room) with a very nice sea view (last floor). The bathroom was not so clean. There is a very nice outdoor pool and a smaller indoor one. Anyway, there are not enough chairs, so people put towels on them to reserve them (this is bad, because you will see empty chairs with towels and you'll have nowhere to sit). The food was amazingly good and for all tastes. Soda drinks, beer and wine are available at the pool bar and restaurant terrace. For alcohol/ cocktails usually is a big line at the bar. They have an entertainment team and also a supervised indoors playground/ activities for children.

What I really liked about this hotel: -Price, very competitive -Ultra Inclusive food and drinks richness -Friendly staffs -Daily animations -Spacious rooms -Location, very convenience -Facilities such as hot water, hair drier... -Fast Internet -Nice indoor and outdoor pool What I did not like about this hotel: -It is a bit noisy from the inside -The rooms doors maintenance -The floor/carpet is not always well cleaned -You have to pay 6 bng per day for internet in your room -The pool closes at night -The bar for ultra inclusive option is closed after 11 I would surely consider going back to this hotel in the future.
