Bath area was a nightmare to use. Bathtub is enclosed with a fixed glass panel and a vertical beam, making it only abour one-third accessible. so, preparing the bath for kids was difficult, as everyone had to squeeze through from one side. the bath levers were difficult to operate and the drain cover only stayed at one position (draining was therefore a pain). other than that, all is well..

Nice hotel in the middle of the CBD and right next to Raffles City Mall with plenty of food options as well as plenty of shopping. Also very close to MRT with sheltered walkway all the way. Room was decent size. Clean, comfortable beds. Shower nice with enough power. TV was broken and needed staff to come up to fix which was complete within half hour but then couldnt turn it off. Resorted to turning the power off. the following day,, the TV was unable to turn back on. Staff was OK. The person who checked me in despite advising being an Accor member could not tell me the correct benefits which was disappointing. Breakfast selection OK - two main restaurant buffets to choose from. Not bad value if you have the 50% coupon otherwise, personally I dont think is worth it. Overall decent stay with a few things that would have moved it from 4 to 5 stars.

Booked this room to watch NDP rehearsal. View was spectacular, able to catch all the action happening during NDP rehearsal. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and cosy.
