Thank you for our stay. The location is fantastic, but a few things are worth mentioning. The buffet quality has dipped compared to previous visits and could use some attention. We also noticed the shower door was broken at the base, causing water to leak onto the floor — something worth fixing for future guests. I understand slow seasons bring challenges, but consistent quality is key to staying competitive. I hope to see these improvements on our next visit.

Super friendly staff, who are very helpful (helped rent motorbike and store luggage). Room was big, clean and air conditioner worked great. Nice view of river. Breakfast had a huge selection and was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

4-star is a good summary. Staff very helpful, especially Van Duc, the business and tourism manager (as well as concierge)! Disappoint to hear the pool was out of use, without prior notice being given to us. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

It was a great hotel and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast offerings were impressive, the only issue was that none of the dishes had been kept warm. Chafing dishes were not switched on at all

First time staying at this location. The decor is very Asian as to be expected and the breakfast was adequate. The building is not of recent construction but is well maintained. The staff were nice and the chief bellman was very helpful in providing directions, suggestions, and arranging taxis. The hotel is within walking distance of the old walled Citadel, but you do have to cross a long bridge. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Stayed with family

Excellent location but quieter area of the old quarter. Staffs were extremely friendly and understanding. They made separate fried rice for me as I have a severe allergy to msg, even though I’m Korean and grew up with msg, I no longer can tolerate even slightly, severe nausea and vomiting and lip and tongue swells which makes traveling difficult to Asian countries but Solis hotel cook came out to greet me and was willing to help me out. Breakfast room manger was so kind also. Thank you.
