The check in was very fast and efficient. The morning front desk person with long hair was very helpful. They have no trolley to take your suitcases upstairs but she helped us to bring them in.
The rooms are very spacious but outdated. The dinning table’s chairs need to be replaced. Perfect location.

Great staff! But the room we stayed in could use updated furniture and carpet. It also can use a few repairs. Other than that it satisfied our needs.

Excellent location and so accommodating! Our flight was delayed for overnight and Olhane arranged for us to move our reservation back by a day. The apartment was huge and having the complimentary Geneva card made getting around super smooth.

Pleasant, well established small hotel. Very close to tram stop and lake, easy walking distance to city centre, old town and places to eat. Breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate.

Great The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Hotel itself seems missing renovation for a while, but very well maintained. Overall stay was quite good.
