Fantastic room clean beds comfortable. air conditioner good.. didn't realize black out blinds the first night . staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. we did not eat breakfast there.. good location.. Geneva travel pass helpful but wish app for it was better

We loved everything about the Sagitta Hotel from the room, the excellent breakfast to most importantly the incredibly kind and helpful front desk staff. I interacted with three of them and they were all so wonderful to me and my family.

The welcome we received at the hotel was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was ready early, spotlessly clean and a generous space for 4 adults. The kitchen area with fridge was also very useful. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing!
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a great many choices.

Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to Lake Geneva and popular bus/tram stops. The hotel rooms are spacious and I felt it was a good size for family of 4.
The wifi internet service was down for the length of the weekend we were staying and it was frustrating they couldn't fix it until Monday morning.
