- has a mini ref, safe/mini vault, iron and ironing board, cable TV, indoor slippers in the room + the JBL speaker and clock omg - noooo big lights THANK GOD - I love their lotion and body gel, love the hot & cold shower, there is a hair dryer too - booked the room for 3 so they literally provided an extra bed - fast internet! I was able to do my online work seamlessly. - the staff are so nice 🥹🫠 - Lord, the buffet breakfast 🤤 - there’s a cafe and 2 or 3 restaurants right in the hotel. There’s a large gym and play area for the kids. I can tell that everything is well organized since the staff and the whole environment is calm. Everyone looked like they know what they’re doing and what to do next. Despite the large number of guests and busy lobby area, it still felt peaceful. The calming yet fresh scent hanging in the air definitely helped too. I so much as well that they have a fully informative website where we can check everything out, prices, services, and schedules.

It’s always one of our go to place whenever we visit Cebu. Good location, friendly staff and nice rooms. It’s also a family friendly hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Bai Hotel Cebu! ✨ From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed the overall ambiance of the hotel. The facilities were also excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. What I appreciated most was the attentive service and how the staff made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want easy access to different places around Cebu. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Bai Hotel and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in the Bai Hotel, room was amazing, clean, great AC, big and CR was very clean. Pool is amazing and we had grest food and drinks and the Disco had great live music. Breakfast was amazing with lots of different foods.

There's a little problem on the check-in and it's a relief how the lobby staff arranged an alternative to the problems. they are also very accommodating. it's highly recommended. it's easy to book and make coordinations with the hotel.
