Excelente lugar todo muy limpio y el personal súper amables todos es el primer hotel que me ofrece una bebida de cortesía y el roof top con esa vista a la ciudad increíble y con mucho entretenimiento de juegos volvería a hospedarme! Solamente faltó un frigobar en la habitación

This has been one of the worst experiences....i travel alot and this hotel has so much potential to be great but it is not. The windows are so old all the noise from the street is heard in the rooms. Like if the window was open. I had to ask for earplugs..did not sleep alot..very busy area...the room has almost no amenities...no phone. When i booked the page said they had airport shuttle...they do not... No restaurant even though it says it has it on the website page...only complementary breakfast.. There were no clean tables, the food was bad quality...it was badly presented and poorly prepared....no service at all in the breakfast area. The only good thing about this hotel is the decoration.
