The whole experience was good - car service inside the reaort wasnt that good as i missed some taxis due to that, it takes some time to reach you in the rush hour, somtimes it takes around 30 to 45 minutes - cleaning isnt the best but overall it was good

I had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized and welcoming. The service was excellent. All staff were polite, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. A very special thank you to the manager, Mark. He helped us a lot and showed real understanding regarding the issue I experienced. He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. In my opinion, he is one of the best hotel managers I have ever met. Also, special thanks to Mr. Osama for his kindness and help during our stay. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great and comfortable stay.

the room was very spacious and comfy. just that the ppl from the pool able to see through our pool and not so much privacy. on top of that, there were water leakage at the roof of the toilet due to the aircond water and ants infestation. overall, the staff was very helpful in accomodating to our request and very friendly. I would love to stay here again in future.
