Great

Solo stay

For the price it was a good option. Unless you are there for a conference at the next door centre, it is a bit isolated. Very friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was well worth it.

Great
The view of the room was disappointing - even though it said it would be view on the park. The Welcome screen on the TV with your name is a nice touch but they got my title wrong: Mr instead of Ms. It would be nice to have parking facilities or at least a discount on the nearby parking

It is a good hotel, but not exceptional. In addition, it is far from the centre of the city

We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean.
