My stay at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach was overall a really pleasant experience, especially if you value location and views. The hotel sits just across from My Khe Beach. The room itself felt modern and comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the rooftop infinity pool. Watching the sunset from up there was easily the best part of the day. It does get a bit busy during peak hours, but the view makes it worth it.The staff were polite and helpful.Overall, I’d say TMS Hotel is a great choice if you want a stylish, comfortable place right by the beach without paying luxury resort prices. It’s not perfect, but it delivers where it matters—views, location, and comfort.

Lovely staff, clean spacious room, located close to the beach. The hotel breakfast is decent, but very similar menu every day (I recommend going out to local breakfast options on some days). Aircon in the room is fixed at 23 degrees so on hotter days it was inconvenient to not be able to adjust temp without having to call front desk then wait 24 hours before they lowered it to 20. The rooftop pool was lovely but not huge so recommend you go when its less busy. We went at 8am to enjoy it and left by about 10.30am when it got busy. We tried to see if they could arrange for a late check out on the last day as our airport transfer was booked for 3pm but they wanted an extra 1.8million dong for the 4 extra hrs so we skipped it and checked out before 11am. First hotel I saw with a policy of not bringing strong scented food inside (like durian) & there is a penalty if the smell lingers. I didnt have an issue with this but my friend had to eat the durian she got on the street before returning.
