Staff treats you as if you are annoying them.

M Las instalaciones del hotel en general no estaban mal; rentamos cuatro habitaciones con vista al mar. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia estuvo lejos de ser satisfactoria. En una de las habitaciones del primer piso, la regadera nunca funcionó correctamente. Aunque enviaron personal para revisarla en varias ocasiones y supuestamente repararla, el problema nunca se solucionó, por lo que los huéspedes de esa habitación tuvieron que bañarse a cubetazos en un hotel que se anuncia como todo incluido, algo totalmente inaceptable. En otra habitación, ubicada en el piso superior, había una infestación de hormigas. Se encontraban en el baño, en el área donde está la cafetera e incluso sobre las almohadas. Además, existen reglas que resultan absurdas para los huéspedes. Por ejemplo, en la zona de snacks obligan a consumir los alimentos únicamente sentado en una mesa, pero solo cuentan con unas cuatro mesas para todos los visitantes, por lo que resulta prácticamente imposible encontrar lugar y esperar cómodamente. También nos sorprendió que el bar de la alberca cerrara a las 6:00 p.m. Nunca habíamos visto algo así en un hotel de este tipo. Otro punto negativo fue la falta total de entretenimiento. Era sábado por la noche y no había ningún show, espectáculo ni actividades. En otros hoteles donde hemos estado, siempre hay ambiente, música.

Great stay and affordable prices

To be fair, the resort has highlights: the cleaning was excellent, the food was tasty, and the service by the pool was fantastic—the taco boy and the bartender near the restaurant were absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, the basic amenities and customer service fell short. The internet was very bad, and we had a problem with the AC in our room. Worst of all was the front desk. Whenever I went to them to get the AC issue resolved, they whispered behind my back, "here she come again." The final straw was checking out; the girl at the desk didn't say a single word to us, not even a simple goodbye. The outdoor staff deserves praise, but management seriously needs to retrain their reception team.

What I didn’t like is that they don’t let you rest they call you 10000 times just to offer you their packages

The shower wasn’t working well

Small resort, but has everything you need. More attentive to your needs since it is a smaller resort. Very beautiful beachfront hotel. Will be back

This hotel was terrible it’s small like a motel and only have a pool in the. only have one buffets to eat at and what they call a restaurant which still was a buffet and the food selection is horrible and not good the other was a little stand by the pool which you had to eat out in the heat and the condiments were just setting out uncovered at the tables. The rooms are not what it shows in the picture it’s old and ran down and rooms are dirty! We had to go to the desk to switch rooms right after check in due to the cleanliness of the room and I absolutely couldn’t believe the dirty ring around the tub and the corroded shower-head! Switched us room still the same just slightly better so my husband and I had to sleep on top of the bed, not even getting in the covers to get through the night called Expedia to cancel the remainder of this day. The hotel told they we couldn’t we were prepaid when they could have and I know this first hand as I work in hotels but this trip was gifted to us for our anniversary so we just left and went to a all-inclusive Marriott resort down the road that was amazing but of course the flamingo still just chose to be greedy and keep our money even though we didn’t use the room for 3 days! WiFi sucks doesn’t work anywhere there and after speaking to the manager and giving them pictures of the room, all we got was I’m sorry but nothing we can do! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Although Expedia was great with what they could do on there end!

Location was awesome right by the beach. Lifeguard on duty during the day and seaweed was cleaned every day too. The two restaurants serve a variety of food and it was delicious. Best part they closed late. Only complained was the beer they served was on Tap and two type of modelo but the great part, you can walk across the street and purchase anything you want. You can also get local transportation, city bus, accross the street. I had booked an ocean view and I got it. Views from the room were breath taking. My flight arrived early but the hotel couldn't give my room until check in time, but they gave me access to everything else to include their restaurants. The hotel offered cabanas at no extra charge which I took advantage every day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They asked me if I was celebrating anything which, I was and on my birthday I found a bottle of champagne. I was surprised they had paid attention and acknowledged the occasion of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again on my next trip to Cancun.

What I appreciated the most was, based on my flight, I arrived very early to the hotel and they checked me in nevertheless, so that even though I didn’t have access to my room, I was able to eat anywhere on the property, use the beach, pool etc Truly grateful!
