We stayed for a night in an upgraded room with the view of the Tajmahal. The room was a little run down with unclean carpets. Fekt like a little old place in general. Staff was courteous.

The property is absolutely stunning, with elegant architecture and beautifully maintained surroundings that create a truly luxurious atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the live Santoor performance, which added a serene and enchanting touch to our stay. The continental breakfast was exceptional, offering an impressive selection along with interactive live cooking stations. The tranquil morning ambiance was simply unparalleled, making each day begin on a perfect note. The staff were highly professional, exceptionally courteous, and genuinely attentive. Their impeccable manners, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and world-class service.

When we arrived at check-in time, our room wasn’t ready. So that was the only negative since we traveled quite a distance and arrived at the appropriate time. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed with family

It’s a nice hotel with friendly and supporting staff. It’s a bit old and some renovation would help especially with the smell of stagnant humid air in the room. Other than that we didn’t use any amenities and just rested there between the sightseeing trips.

Extremely disappointing toiletries and housekeeping standards. On the first day, there were cheap local white toothbrushes in the room, something I would expect even in an OYO hotel. On the second day, there was not a single toiletry item in the bathroom. When I called the lobby manager, the only response was a simple “sorry.” At no point did it feel like I was staying at a Taj property. Very poor experience and far below the standards expected from the brand.
