Such a cozy and comfortable place to stay. From the moment we were shown to our room, we felt very welcomed. Parking was easy, and the location is very close to the main attractions in Pamukkale.
The staff were incredibly kind, spoke good English, and even helped us order local food, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was authentic Turkish and absolutely delicious. Everything during our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
If you’re planning to visit Pamukkale, this is a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

The listing says Pamukkale–Hierapolis is a 3‑minute walk, but that wasn’t accurate. It took us nearly 50 minutes to get there on foot. Just something to consider when planning your stay. Breakfast was good.

This is a little unfair because our reservation was changed to Melrose Viewpoint Hotel. As Melrose House was under renovation. What I liked about Melrose Viewpoint Hotel: Location, close to some really good restaurants. Staff was very helpful. The hotel looks great from the outside. What I did not enjoy: No elavator so if you have lots of luggage and your on the 2nd floor, your out of luck. However the gentleman at reception did help me. Only one working light in the bedroom and had to be turned on and off from the door. The room was extremly basic but they are trying and I see they are in the process of upgrading.
