This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks!

View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.

The building feels outdated and the surrounding area isn’t inviting. The elevator opens into dark, dim hallways, and the wall-to-wall carpets haven’t been vacuumed properly — you can see dirt on them. The rooms lack charm, with stains on the toilets, poorly done silicone around the fixtures, and a sweet, suffocating smell despite the no-smoking policy. The reception area looks more like an office than a hotel lobby. The bedroom had poor lighting, and one of the bulbs didn’t work. One of the towels had a hole in it, and overall the towels weren’t white and looked old and tired. The sheets felt the same. The kitchen was relatively clean, but the sink fixtures haven’t been replaced in a long time. Overall, the place doesn’t feel clean. Really disappointing.

The staff was nice - however the sign on the office said that it was open from 8 am till 8:30 pm - in reality, there was no one in the office till around 9 am and by 8 pm everything was all shut down for the night. Cleanliness was okay - however the place needs better maintenance. There are any number of places where you can see water damage on the walls - that needs to be spackled and painted. Towels are frayed, etc. Little things are frustrating too - the clothes hangers provided are cheap, bent out of shape hangers from dry cleaners. But worst of all was the fact that the description is just way off. Nowhere is there any mention of the fact that the bedroom and bathroom are up a flight of semi-circular stairs. Had we known that we have to go up and down stairs to the bathroom, to take a shower, to go to bed - we never would have booked this. Additionally, the listing on Hotels.com states: "On-site fitness center A rare find - enjoy convenient access to fitness facilities during your stay." -- except when you ask to use it - you are informed that it has nothing to do with the hotel and there is a fee to use this -- this is deceptive. We are Gold members and were supposed to receive a bottle of wine - which we never got and when I tried to bring this to their attention - there was nobody in the office. There's more - but you get the picture. This place has potential - but truth in advertising would be nice and we will not return, nor recommend it to anyone.

We were a group of 5 and in any other place we would have been forced to get two rooms. This hotel has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen, huge dining area and amazing views. The breakfast is a choice of one of the nearby restaurants and was perfect. The place is a little old, but for our needs it was absolutely amazing. Oh, and the reception crew was the most helpful I have ever encountered. We will 100% stay again and recommend to everyone.

A Perfect Family Stay at the 21st Floor Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at the 21st Floor Hotel in Jerusalem for a family vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need—whether it was giving us tips on the best local restaurants or helping us organize transportation. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its unbeatable location. It’s situated right in the heart of Jerusalem, and we loved how close it was to everything. Machne Yehuda Market is just a short walk away. We also walked to the Western Wall (Kotel) several times during our stay. It’s about a 25-minute walk through the beautiful streets of Jerusalem, and we really appreciated being able to experience the city on foot. The suites themselves are exceptional. We stayed in one of the family suites, and it was incredibly spacious—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The suite was thoughtfully designed with a modern touch, and the large windows gave us breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The layout is perfect for families, with separate areas for sleeping, lounging, and even a small kitchen space that came in handy. Another thing that stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the suite felt fresh and well-maintained every day.
