This is our 4th time staying in EU Boracay. The location is lovely, the rooms are big and clean. just make sure you’re booking the front beach hotel and not the annex. Nevertheless, they accomodated us and made sure we all had the most wonderful stay.

service:we had a very wonderful stay at EU, all the staff at the hotel was very warm and accommodating. they always greet you on your way out and going back. special shout out to Zett for giving is the smoothest transaction on our room upgrade and special birthday setup request. Also to the lovely energy of Nelmar and Alice for accommodating my pancake request. EU team is best in class for awesome customer service hotel location:as described, fronting the famous grotto, best suset spot breakfast:not a lot of options but sufficient and yum!

We stayed at annex bldg. 1-2 mins walk from the beachfront. comfy room. accomodating staff. Delicious breakfast. Good location para sa sunset not crowded. Slightly scary lang yung abondoned hotel beside (infront of balcony) annex bldg.

Pros: Friendly & accommodating staff, beachfront, less crowded beach, good variety of breakfast buffet, accessible to the main road, clean and comfy rooms, best location if you want chill and quiet environment. I enjoyed having breakfast at their beachfront restaurant, very relaxing and peaceful. Will definitely stay there again. Cons: Some of the daily complementary amenities like slippers and hygiene kits were not completely replenished on the next day. We had to request for it first. One of the reasons why we booked there is becasue if the infinity pool. However, we didn't get the chance to swim there since the pool was very dirty, might be due to the previous typhoon.

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It’s right on the beach, easy to get to, and such a great spot to just enjoy the sea and the view. It’s also not crowded, which made a huge difference. We were really able to slow down and enjoy the moment. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was so kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back.

Great spot for families with kids. It’s far enough from the noise and crowds so you can enjoy a quiet night but still close enough that shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, especially if you walk along the beach.
