Thank you AnCasa Hotel, it was a great experience staying in your place. The front desk officers and other staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food good the ambience is cozy. If given a change to go back to Malaysia I choose to stay in AnCasa Hotel.

The hotel is nice and location is good . However a male chambermaid kept knocking our room asking whether we are ready for him to tidy the room. This disturbed us. Hotel should have a “Do not disturb or please clean up the room” card. And also they didnot repair the safe box when we we them that it was not working . Another point is the toilet paper is rather less papers for a day use.

Smooth check in and the fixed rate of RM10 for the parking, cheapest around the area. The water suddenly turned brownish (but no smell) and within minutes after I alerted the receptionist, it was taken care of.
