This hotel is well positioned on the city and close to the train system. Staff was extra friendly and when Expedia overbooked our room they made it right and upgraded us to the largest apartment room they had. The street noise is a little loud so if you aren’t used to city sleeping that could be a downfall.

Amazing service, the staff was very helpful. Konstantina and Rafaela made our trip easier with their helpful tips. Definitely recommend and great location.

Clean room with balcony. Quiet inside but lots of shops nearby.

Location was awesome, close to a lot of attractions restaurants and shopping. ? There is an elevator which was nice. Water pressure good. Room pretty clean. The soap container and toilet seat were broken. There is no carpet in the room. The balcony is nice but the pics they gave were misleading the view is not good. The refrigerator did not work which became a problem because we had medication that needed to stay cool, they had no ice available had to ask a local restaurant for ice a few times. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is not a 4star hotel it’s a 3star! No food at the boutique it’s not a hotel. No padding under the carpet in our room. Night club downstairs was making lots of noise untill midnight on the weekends, very loud. It was a decent location Bear down town. Staff were great. The shower was small and the doo rollers didn’t work right. The bed was okay but not wonderful. The room size was descent. It’s okay to sleep there.

Excellent stay. Easy after-hours check-in past midnight via access code. Despite being next to a busy weekend bar, my back room was completely quiet. Friendly morning staff. It was actually quieter and better value than the expensive hotel I stayed at next 3 nights.

I could have sworn it said they offered a continental breakfast, but I could be mistaken. Not a big issue since multiple little shops around to grab a bite. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I gave overall 4 stars, only because of the nightclub right below us. It was really loud.

The room is spacious and close to shopping. But, con was the street noise and loud music until 1am, and bath shower is too small with no shower caddy.

My mom and I came back to Athens for a night before boarding the plane back to Canada. Check-in started at 3 pm and we arrived well after 3 pm. The facility was locked and there was no reception person even though they said reception operates from 7 am to 11 pm. Luckily there was a couple going into the building and we got in, otherwise, we would have had to wait outside with our giant luggages in the heat. Absolutely ridiculous. We waited for about 45 minutes. The receptionist came back and we told her what happened and how we were not happy, and she was so rude. She said how she had to leave and there was an emergency... SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY. Most other places would be so sorry for the major inconvenience and safety issues, she literally acted as if we were the problem and being problematic. The room wasn't bad but there are was so much noise at night and the rooms were not sound proof from even the room next door. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The absolute worst service on our last night in Greece put such a bad taste in our mouths! There are better hotels and apartment hotels like the Nur Edge Aparthotel (we stayed there when first arriving to ATHENS)!!!

Amazing stay we loved our room. It was the only room in the whole building. It was in Semi Floor, all the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpfull. We were 4 sisters had a great time. Although a little noisy but we were very adjusting. Excellent location. Bhavika
