Fantastic

Deluxe Apartment Two Bedroom ((Free Sauna Access) · 2 Adult(s), 4 child(ren) · 4 Nights

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to NGUYỄN NGỌC TẢI, who was absolutely amazing. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care really stood out to us. He was always willing to help, made us feel so welcome, and went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable. People like NGUYỄN NGỌC TẢI truly make a hotel experience memorable. We would also like to thank every member of the staff for their hard work and wonderful service. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, We felt so well taken care of and would happily stay here again.
