This hotel is very close to most of what you need. Just 1 jeepney ride to GMall and has many convenience stores nearby. Also, there is a popup coffe shop infront at night. Area is also chill and feels safe

Nearby downtown area, so expect traffic during peak hours. Parking is limited as you will be sharing it with the cafe beside the accomodation. There are several breakfast options so food doesn’t feel repetitive. No elevator, so expect to walk a flight of stairs. I was asked if I was okay to be placed on the 4th floor and I declined. The staff then proceeded to mention that the only available room was in the 4th floor. I would rather the staff tell me outright about it than ask me as if I have any other choice.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much given the budget-friendly price, but we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and very well-maintained—we even thought it was newly opened, but the staff shared it’s already been around for 7 years. The free breakfast was definitely a highlight, and the hot shower was a big plus. Overall, a great stay for the value. I would definitely stay here again!

"Great stay at Davao Persimmon Hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfy, with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Davao - lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend for both business and leisure.
