We had booked two identical rooms, but when we arrived they said that they only had one of that room (the big one) in the whole hotel and didn’t understand how we had managed to book two. So we got one smaller and had to get an extra bed in the bigger room. The staff was very helpful and compensated us. Later it was discovered bed bugs in the smaller room. They helped us change to another room, but we later found out they had let another person move into the room with the bed bugs.

Generally clean but there's mosquitoes in the room. Location is excellent. Staff is helpful.

I had a great experience staying at this A25 branch in Ho-Chi min city and I'd gladly recommend it. The room was spotless, the location is very central and easily accessible. The staff was very pleasant and I really appreciate Rachel. Evelyn and Binh who were always very helpful and kept helping me make plans and recommended lots of places to visit.
