준비가 부족합니다

Fraudulent listing, filthy rooms, and hostile owner avoid at all costs This place should not be allowed on Hotels.com. The listing is outright deceptive. The location shown online is false, and after we arrived, the owner came and forcibly took us to a completely different property. This was never disclosed and felt like a bait-and-switch scam. The owner’s behavior was aggressive, rude, and intimidating. There was zero professionalism, zero customer service, and no respect for guests. The room conditions were disgusting. The heater barely functioned, making the stay miserable. The room and toilet were filthy, unhygienic, and clearly not cleaned. Basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were completely ignored. This was not a hotel experience, it was chaos and deception. Misleading advertising, unacceptable hygiene, and abusive service. Do not book this place under any circumstances.

공사중이라 어수선하고씨트도더럽고

설악동 인근에 잘곳이 거의 없긴했습니다만 그래도 좀 무서웠습니다 ㅎㅎ 속초인근 모텔 이용하시길 추천합니다

다양한 숙박업소를 이용해봤지만 여긴 심각합니다… 청결수준이 아주 낮고 시설이 낙후되어 있습니다

속초에 속초리조텔 외의 숙소가 없다면 집으로 돌아가기를 적극 권유함.

따듯하게 잠만 자면 된다라는 주의인데도 불구하고 살면서 다녀본 숙박 업소중에 가장 최악입니다. 건물 입구부터 내부까지 공사중이라 먼지로 뒤덮여있었고 귀곡산장을 방불케함. 이불과 수건, 방안에 먼지와 머리카락은 기본. 문을 열었을때 죽어있는 곱등이와 이불에 살아있는 진드기가 붙어있었으며 베개에 핀 곰팡이와 변기커버에 누군가의 흔적들^^. 오래된 정도가 아니라 폐가 수준의 내부.. 옆 방의 대화내용까지 생생히 들림. 아이가있다면 무조건 피하시고 싼 가격에 하룻밤만 자고가자 라는 생각이라면 그냥 찜질방가는게 백번 나음.

급하게 묶은곳인데~ 아직 리모델링 전이라 어수선하네요. 4식구 잠만 자고 왔어요. 조금 추웠어요. 리모델링 후에는 더 좋아지겠죠?ㅎㅎ
