The room was clean &, cozy except the Jet Spray wasn't working and we informed them however the issue was not addressed.

Room was clean, good size, but the view was disappointing, the food was great, but no one advised us about the loud music coming from a wedding event until midnight couldn't sleep. Overall not too bad.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
