Located in district 7 there apartments are about a 20min to 30min bike ride to the center of Ho Chi Minh. The distance was not an issue, this apartment is also located close to a highway where alot of trucks and cars are idling in traffic and/or honking, prepare to be woken up by this around 4am-8am. the apartment residence is majority locals with a decent margain of other tourist/foreigners. Noise from other residence can be heard when speaking in the hallways. I would still recommend this apartment for tourist, along as you don't mind noise in the mornings. The apartment itself was average, don't expect a 5 star hotel there will be small things like cobwebs and some natural aging of bathroom materials. Keep in mind toothpaste, soap, etc are not provided however toilet paper is. There is normal kitchen gadgets like a water boiler, a butane grill, skins, fridge, etc. Overall I would recommend this for the price you cannot beat it.
